Yes. Every meal on our menu is designed in collaboration with registered dietitians to meet balanced macro and micronutrient targets. Full nutrition labels are available on each product page.

You can modify or cancel orders up to 5 days before your scheduled delivery date. Changes made after that window may not be accommodated, but reach out to our support team and we’ll do our best to help.

We prepare your meals fresh each week and deliver them directly to your door in an insulated box. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your box ships.

We ask for orders to be placed at least 5 days before your desired delivery date so our kitchen team has time to prepare and pack your meals fresh.

Prepared meals stay fresh for 4–5 days when refrigerated. Frozen meals have a shelf life of up to 3 months. Each item is labeled with a use-by date for your convenience.

We deliver Monday through Saturday. You can choose your preferred delivery window at checkout. Orders placed by Sunday midnight ship out the following week.
